A practicing trial lawyer for 25 years with expertise in Civil Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation, Mr. Forsberg is admitted to practice by the State Bar of Texas and Supreme Court of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
In addition to his private practice, Mr. Forsberg has been an instructor at Lonestar College in both Business Law and Government. He has provided mediation and arbitration services to a wide variety of parties and attorneys and his patient persistence has enabled him to resolve many difficult and complex disputes. Mr. Forsberg prides himself on building personal relationships with his clients so that each client has an advocate that they can trust.
Fun Fact: When he is not working, Kevin enjoys traveling with his wife and they have completed 12 marathons in 12 different states.

Jennifer Pope Forsberg is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University who is active in Autism Fundraising and Advocacy. After teaching middle school for 10 years, she earned her master’s degree in education and taught at Lonestar College in Tomball, Texas. She eventually began working full time at The Forsberg Law Firm, P.C. assisting in all aspects of the firm, including drafting legal documents, legal research, client communication and all accounting for the firm.
Fun Fact: Jennifer has competed in two half-Ironman competitions and over 20 marathons in 12 different states.

Alexandria “Alex” Bellot is a Paralegal at The Forsberg Law Firm. P.C. Her role is assisting clients with their personal injury matters and supporting Mr. Forsberg and the entire team at The Forsberg Law Firm, P.C. She is appointed a Notary in the State of Texas. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her dog "Nala", listening to music, and watching both the Astros and movies.
Fun fact: Alex has met the lead singer of the alternative band Blue October – Mr. Justin Furstenfeld!

Kayla Fick recently joined The Forsberg Law Firm, P.C and is excited about being the case manager for Estate Planning, Probate and Civil Litigation matters. She has entered her final semester at Texas A & M University – Commerce for her Bachelor of Science with Cum Laude Distinction. Her strong customer relations skills and critical thinking make Kayla a perfect team member for The Forsberg Law Firm, P.C.

Amanda Tavares Da Silva is a native Brazilian who is trilingual: Portuguese, English and Spanish. She has a bachelor’s degree in Brazilian law and is excited to be a legal assistant at The Forsberg Law Firm, P.C. Amanda lives locally with her husband and two dogs.
